New China Chic: A Fusion of East and West

This series of fashion illustrations that I create for the exhibition - New China Chic: A Fusion of East and West at Shanghai Contemporary Art Museum (The Power Station of Art) from 10/11/18 to 10/14/18, curated by Pooky Lee. The illustrations are based on following four Chinese contemporary fashion designers: Snow Xue Gao S/S 17, SAMUEL GUI Yang F/W17, Qiuhao and Pronounce F/W18 collections. There are also 3 wooden cut board installations that based on my illustration’s silhouette in the show. These illustrations will be published in the latest issue (10/13/18) of Modern Weekly magazine.
